I’m very excited for this new reality show by Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony – Q’Viva, The Chosen. They have been traveling throughout Latin America in the search for talent, to search for the Chosen ones to represent their country. Q’ Viva will not be holding the usual auditions that you are used to seeing on popular talent shows such as American Idol and X-Factor… they will be hitting the streets, clubs, barrios, villas, festivals, underground dance halls, dance studios etc to find the hottest talent to bring back to Hollywood, California! Those who get brought back to Hollywood will be mentored by Marc, JLo and the talented director and choreographer Jamie King to put on the greatest Latin Show to showcase their talent!
Jennifer, Marc and Jamie are traveling to 21 Latin American countries, including Puerto Rico (of course), Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela to find talented individuals to represent their country here in the states.
And with producer and American Idol creator Simon Fuller‘s XIX Entertainment on board for the show, we will be expecting nothing less but great talent and entertainment for this new reality show. Lets just hope Marc and Jennifer can set their situation aside to make this show come to life!
Latin music and art is deep and enriched with culture and history, I can’t wait to see the experiences captured in each country and the talent brought back to the US.
