Bad Bunny stars on Netflix’s Narcos: Mexico Season 3

Bad Bunny will star as a guest cast on the upcoming season 3 of Narcos: Mexico. This will be Bad Bunny’s acting debut on Netflix. The date of the release is yet to be announced, but fans are already looking forward to it.

The Puerto Rican singer and rapper Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, aka Bad Bunny, will play the role of Arturo “Kitty” Paez, a member of  Ramon Arellano Felix’s gang, the “Narco Juniors”. Arturo Paez is a rich bad guy with connections to the upper society and fell in with the cartel life.

Kany Garcia with Multiple Nominations in 2020 Latin Grammy Awards

The 2020 Latin Grammy Awards is a much-awaited event this year. Performances will be from different countries to this year’s theme, “Music Makes Us Human”. Everybody is rooting for their favorite artist and one of them is the most nominated female singer, Kany Garcia.

For the first time, YouTube Originals features a Spanish-language show, BRAVAS series, set in the lively streets of Puerto Rico. Created and produced by Cinema Giants, Bravas highlights the culture and music industry of Latin America.

The battle for a Senate seat is a tough one but after months of consistent hard work, the efforts of Adam Gomez have finally paid off. He made a historic victory as the newest Puerto Rican elected to the Massachusetts Senate.

On a Democratic primary for Massachusetts State Senate on September 1, 2020, Adam Gomez defeated the five-year incumbent James Welch. In November, he won the general election in an uncontested race with 28,965 votes.

Pandora launches Afro Boricua, a new station highlighting the contributions of Afro-Puerto Rican musicians

Pandora launches the second of a planned series of four new stations that celebrates the contributions of the African diaspora on the music of the Americas. Today’s station launch, Afro Boricua highlights the contributions of Afro Puerto Rican musicians. This follows the launch last month of Afro Colombia. Two other stations are planned next month – Afro Cuba and Afro Quisqueya which celebrates music from the Dominican Republic.
