With ten No. 1 hits there as a duo, Wisin & Yandel are clearly no strangers to Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs.
And this week, the reunited Puerto Rican reggaetón pair show they’ve lost none of their power nor their momentum as the track “Aullando” rises to No. 10 on the multi-metric Spanish-language singles chart. Taken from this past December’s Los Campeones del Pueblo / The Big Leagues album, the song marks their 22nd together to appear on Hot Latin Songs.
As if the return of one of reggaetón’s most celebrated and commercially successful duos wasn’t enough to make “Aullando” a hit, the track benefits from a feature by Romeo Santos. Incidentally, the bachata king reunited his own band Aventura recently, and that group’s comeback single “Inmortal” currently holds the No. 12 spot on Hot Latin Songs after reaching a No. 5 peak a few weeks back.

Wisin & Yandel took the stage during 2019 Billboard Latin Music Week as part of this year’s Sony/ATV Iconic Songwriter Q&A session, moderated by Leila Cobo, Billboard’s Vice President and Latin Industry Lead.
The panel, which took place Tuesday (April 23) at The Venetian in Las Vegas, was introduced by Jorge Mejia, president Latin America & US Latin, Sony/ATV Music Publishing, who emphasized that the Puerto Rican duo holds the most sold-out records at the Coliseo in Puerto Rico, with eight sold-out shows.
